The Riemann library

is a collection of Gauss procedures which could be helpful in the statistical analysis of designed experiments, with special reference to clinical trials.

This library, which you can download as a zipped file by clicking on Homer to the left, contains a number of Gauss procs ranging from basic datahandling procedures, to simple statistics (like t-test) to much more sofisticated methods. Its flag-ship (I think, at least) are a set of procs by which you can analyse complicated stuff like nonlinear mixed effects models, including estimate confidence limits from likelihood surface or by bootstrapping (if you are patient enough).

Any contributions that can enhance the value of this site, whether in content or in appearance, would be much appreaciated.

Special Notes
In a new attempt for documentation I am trying the following:
  • A Riemann Library Command Reference can be downloaded here (PDF format) It is automatically generated from the headers in the Riemann Library, and need some further work to be really valid. However, it might provide a useful start. But, as usual, everything is on your own risk!
  • A Riemann Library Manual can be downloaded by clicking here. It is a ZIP-file that contains a few pieces. One is a PDF-manual. If you open that, you will find, in the examples in the appendices, a button on top of each example. Clicking on that, a full installation should provide you with the data and code for that particular example. For you to experiment with. However, to get this to work, you need the other files in the ZIP-file. The bat-file should be put on your path and edited, so that it changes to the folder you want the data to go into, and then the paths in the last line. GOOD LUCK! (And let me know if you like the idea.)
